Hamilton house - private, central & sunny!

  • Hamilton Haven is a newly refurbished, private stand alone home with two decks and a great section. It is close to Claudelands, the city centre, Wintec, Waikato Stadium. The University and hospital are a 10 minute drive. The house is equipped with everything you would expect in a home - ready for a short break or a longer extended stay. The master bedroom has a lovely ensuite, television and walk in closet. There is plenty of outside space for a BBQ with friends or a game of football.
