Welcome to our recently-built, extremely clean 4-bedroom detached home. Located in one of the most prestigious, family-friendly neighborhoods in Paris. This house is just minutes away from wonderful parks, recreation trails, 403, and popular restaurants.  
The space  
Feel right at home with our large, fully-equipped kitchen. Relax on comfortable furnishings in the living area, and in the fully-furnished bedrooms. Refresh in one of 3 washrooms. This house has it all for you and the family.  
The space  
Gorgeous, light-flooded, and well-appointed 2000+ sq ft home. Our place is 2 minutes from Highway 403 and less than 5 minutes from top restaurants, walking/biking trails, a hospital, supermarkets, and gas stations.  
  
This is THE PERFECT place for family stay-cations, business trips, family and friend reunions, and long-term executive rental. There's plenty of room for everyone to spread out in this luxurious family house.  
  
You can park 4 vehicles on the driveway and 2 in the garage! Gerage equipped with Tesla Level 2 Charger. The rear exterior includes a deck, backyard.  
  
The main floor includes family room, 1 powder washroom, a large kitchen, dining area, access to large deck, and backyard. The kitchen comes with cooking utensils, dishware, coffee maker and pots & pans.  
  
\*\*NOTE: we are renting the whole house. The basement is NOT furnished and we don't allow you to use the basement for your own safety. \*\*  
  
The second floor boasts two full size washrooms and 4 total bedrooms.  
  
Laundry (washer and dryer) are also located on the second floor. Complementary detergents are available for you to use throughout your stay.  
  
High-Speed Internet via WiFi is available throughout the entire house.  
  
The home is professionally cleaned, disinfected, and well ventilated before each guest's arrival. We provide extra cleaning supplies you can use during your stay. Book with confidence. We look forward to hosting you at our lovely place.

We require guests to read through the house rules. Our home is situated in a quiet neighborhood and loud noise/activity inside or out, outside loitering, parking illegally on the main street or on the right side of the driveway and hosting large groups of guests are strictly prohibited so as not to bother our neighbors' enjoyment of this beautiful neighborhood.

#### Disappointing stay

The host was very difficult to get a hold of. The first 6 hours of our stay was without wifi because we couldn’t get a hold of the host for the password. The host also did not provide check in details until 20 minutes before check in time, causing us to delay our departure. We were also not provided any check out details. The house itself was fairly clean, until we started cooking and noticed majority of the dishes in the house were dirty and had food stuck on them.

We were in town for a wedding perfect location close to venue House was perfect size for us. Beds were comfortable. All appliances worked as they should close to dollar store to grab a couple items that we needed for the kitchen and there is a steamer not an iron Definitely would return to this location

We recently stayed at this fantastic 4-bedroom home and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the house was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The spacious rooms comfortably accommodated our group. The location was perfect for our trip. We were just a short drive to the Aldershot Go and then a short train ride to both Toronto and Niagara Falls, making it incredibly convenient to explore these amazing destinations. We enjoyed the vibrant city life in Toronto and the breathtaking views at Niagara Falls without having to endure long travel times. The house itself was very comfortable and inviting. The living areas were perfect for our group to gather and relax after a day of sightseeing. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, and we loved having the option to dine in when we wanted a quiet evening at home. Overall, our stay at this 4-bedroom rental home was wonderful. The combination of a clean, comfortable home with a convenient location made it the perfect choice for our trip. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area!

Very nice, clean and spacious home. Host was quick to respond when power outage (big storm) caused trouble with TV and AC. Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. I wish there were grab bars in the deep shower/tub in second bath, but most rentals do not include them. Close to the charming town of Paris, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

#### Great stay in Canada

We traveled to Canada and stayed in this house. It was clean and convenient and was just what we needed for a first trip. We traveled to Toronto as well as Buffalo New York to see Niagara Falls. The local area is great with local places to eat and buy groceries, while allowing us access to larger cities. Highly recommend this local.

We had a very short stay for between baseball games at ball tournament. But communication was great and the very clean zero complaints I would totally recommend
