Room was clean and spacious. Unfortunately there was only one chair in the room and the showerhead would fall off if the water was turned completely on. We were unlucky to get the Venedig room, which is on street level. People on the street would talk and smoke right by our windows and that made the experience rather unpleasant. In addition to that, one of the windows was broken and wouldn't completely close. As I sat by the window one afternoon someone called me out from the street to ask for money. Not for me.

This is like a fancy hostel. It has false advertising. Let's get into it... To start with, when we got there, they say that their office is opened everything day with staff, but it's not. They keep the lights off to where you don't see anybody in there and the door locked, you use a lock box up front to get your key. They send a message saying to call to get a code for your key, but then when I called I was met with the rudest man. He tells us to come inside, but the office door was locked and the lights were off, so he bursts open the door and tells us to check in with the box in a demeaning tone. I explain that he doesn't need to be rude because the message said clearly to call and get a code, but alas, he continued rudeness. There's false advertising because the office is never truly open, the lobby area is not available for guests to use, and no friendly staff in sight. I believe the man was sexist against women because he gave condescending tones towards me, the woman who reserved this, but was friendly towards my husband. It's 2024, not 1902. Anyway, we were given the room Las Vegas and we walked to it and found the bathroom was booming with Silverfish (bugs) which is so GROSS! They can eat clothes, too. We stayed in that room for one night and honestly, this was the first time I ever considered a refund and leaving, but they told Expedia they wouldn't do any refunds ever (SO BEWARE)... We were changed to the Istanbul room. I don't recommend this place, clearly.

the bathroom had a strange scent. checking in was a nightmare. calling the second floor the"first floor" is apparently the "way it is done" on Germany. The employee knocking on my door telling me (in German) that I need to leave at 11. Even though it was only 10? I would recommend staying somewhere else. the price was not worth the experience

Ich fand es ok für eine Nacht.Das Zimmer war sauber und es war ruhig.An und Abreise über ein Check in bzw.out.Keine Rezeption.Hatcalles gut geklappt.Mit dem Bus von Vedell knapp 5 Minuten.Nur die Gegend ist nicht so toll.Preislich ok.

Es war günstig... - sowohl der Flur als auch das Zimmer haben gestunken - über ein Loch an der Decke wurde ein Blatt Papier geklebt - Schimmel um die Fenster und ein ziemlich großer Wasserfleck an der Wand - nachts war es sehr laut - nachts würde ich als Frau in der Gegend nicht alleine unterwegs sein - Positiv ist die gute Busanbindung. Wir konnten super zur Veranstaltung in der Inselpark Arena gelangen.

Die Gegend der Unterkunft ist schrecklich, die Sicherheitskamera am Self-Check-In war abgerissen. Das Zimmer war oberflächlich sauber, jedoch gab es im Bett und auf Kissen mehrere weiße Flecken. Den Zustand des Zimmer kann man als "sichtbar gebraucht" bezeichnen. Durch eine schlechte Isolierung ist die Straße vor der Türe stark zu hören. Wir sind nicht geblieben und haben uns ein anderes Hotel gesucht zum gleichen Preis.
