Elevator wasn’t working properly. New staff member put us in a room with double beds. We were told to come back after 6 and we would be moved to a room with a king bed. That didn’t happen!!! "

"Not sure how I feel about this place,I stayed with family of four and chose it for everything to do in the facility since weather was cold and rainy ….The price during poor weather or winter months is DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT…( water park closed for season should have been posted on site at least not that I saw during my booking search)) arcade,golf,and indoor pool was available (cost not a lot but still more money) breakfast buffet (again more money) was smaller then most continental breakfast and in completely different buildings. STAFF AND CLEANLINESS WERE THE ONLY THING I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT. DO GO TO THE NAIL SALON DURING YOUR VISIT VERY GREAT PRICES AND WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE "

"Friendly staff. When checking in, I asked if my room had good ocean views and she said “Let me change your room so you have great views” and they were perfect!! Rooms were clean and beds comfortable!"
