Thank you to Erin, who cleaned our room, 925. I had dropped one of my expensive earrings. Didn’t notice. She found it and put it on a dresser for me. Honesty these days needs to be much appreciated!
Didn’t think they needed to charge such a fee for parking. Should be included with the price of the room!

There are some things to like about the Lord Nelson, but don’t stay there if you want to sleep. We were there for four nights, and for three of them the loud thumping of the dance music from downstairs kept us awake until 2:00 a.m.
The hotel is unique in its decoration. However, the executive suite does not have a shower/tub combo as advertised on the Expedia website.
We hear people in the hallway quite well and were woken up at all hours of the night by people yelling in the hallway. We brought it up with the reception…. They couldn’t do anything.
This hotel is very bad and expensive no stuff on arrival in the hotel no one to take your stuff to the room and room quality very bad I would not recommend this hotel to any one it is east of money and time
Beautiful and clean. Great staff. Wonderful garden across the street. Shops and restaurants all around. Loved my room. It was a king and very spacious. There was a small kitchenette with few dishes, coffee / tea, mini fridge and microwave. Bathroom small but clean and water pressure was good.
Architecture. Cleanliness. Awesome beds. All excellent.

Found a bug in the room. Not freaking out but I expect the room to be insect free. Could hear noise coming from outside and you can literally hear anyone whats they talking from the other room. Not sound proof!
It was a slur of the moment get away. Room was very well appointed, staff were friendly and accommodating, the parking is easy, and the accessibility of downtown is amazing.
Harrison was welcoming and professional. Calvin was very accommodating and professional. They were fantastic and gave the Hotel a really good impression.
My room #540 air conditioner was not working. The Bathroom fan wasn’t working so the bathroom steamed up… Calvin changed the room to #541 where the Air Conditioning worked but the bathroom fan didn’t work. I’m still waiting for the security deposit of $100 to be refunded.
This was one of the best stays that I have experienced. The staff were amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Every staff person that I engaged with super friendly and very professional. We loved it there, The only negative was the parking was a bit expensive.
