This unit is strictly non-smoking (cigarettes and marijuana). We use Neatmo monitoring devices that immediately alert us of any smoking and excessive noise.
Other things to note
There is absolutely no smoking allowed inside the Hotel, any signs of smoking inside will result in a $250 non negotiable charge.

As per HRM noise bylaw noise must be kept to a minimum after 10pm, the rooms have a 2 person capacity limit and any signs of events or parties held inside the property will result in additional fees such as cleaning, any damages reported, and noise complaints starting at $100.00 or more.
