We can attest to the fact that the many positive reviews of this enchanting B&B are accurate. We had a truly exceptional experience in the skillful and gracious care of our host John. Charles Bass House is a lovely home, and John epitomizes the southern gentleman. The home was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and most inviting. John treated us like royalty. He made us feel so welcome and at home. The breakfasts were impressive and served with great style. Honestly, we cannot say enough about...

Thought the breakfast could have been better and the parking was difficult however the resort was beautiful, rooms were comfortable, cozy and clean, staff was very friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend this resort.

Great stay as always Clean, friendly staff Love the historic area

The hotel was odd but the room was fancy. Only issue with hotel room was no fridge . Only issue with area was not much to eat within walking distance.

We had a great time. All the staff was so friendly. Rooms were very clean. I always stay at this hotel. Best hotel in Danville Virginia.

The general manager was great and super friendly! All his staff were also very helpful. Wish we could have been able to use the arcade games on the weekend nights we were there.

Nice place to stay. Standard hotel breakfast included. Is a good home base to explore the Kerr Lake area.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at. New,clean, good service and well appointed. By booking early I paid 1/3 the cost what is normally charged on race weekend. Nascar pit crews stay here. If it's good enough for them then it's good enough for me. I will definitely stay here again for the 2 Martinsville races every year. Well done Marriott.

Affordable. Decent breakfast. Comfy bed and pillows. Clean.

Well appointed room
