One issue was that the toilet was a little dirty, and I saw a baby cockroach in the room. Also, from the very first moment we arrived, most of the staff were very nice, friendly, and attentive. However, when I went to ask for an iron because there wasn’t one in the room, the lady at the front desk was not rude, but she had a poor attitude and did not provide good customer service. That said, I would not give the hotel a bad review because of one person. Overall, our stay was enjoyable. The food was delicious, and we were very happy with our experience. We really enjoyed the entertainment, the atmosphere, and the location, aside from those two issues."

The staff is amazing! they do nightly activities ( trivia, karaoke, dancing, disco) and they are great, gets you involved and moving. Also, if you are an outgoing person and like to chat, you will make lots of acquaintances along the way. The food was good, I would say dinners were my favorite. They do have snack time but they are strict and stay on a timely schedule - so food its not available 24 / 7. Bartenders are very friendly as well."
