Private Studio , spectacular Ocean View , bathroom , kitchenette, Very Quiet
- Welcome to our quiet, private super clean 300 SF studio with 1000 Square feet of outdoor decking and manicured gardens. Follow the well lit 15steps (NO RAILING) leading you to a private gate and studio. The studio features, custom Teak furniture, a sleep number bed, large flat screen with Direct TV, Comcast internet, small kitchenette, beautiful custom Fireclay Tile throughout. Guests can enjoy meandering through the garden. The perfect little getaway nest. I do want all guest to be aware you must be AIGLE to navigate the 15 pavers stairs(without Railing) down to Studio. Please see photo.
Be aware, that parking is across the street facing up the hill from the house, Trying to get a local Taxi, Uber is an issue. You should have a car the distance to the beach and restaurants is not far but our home is up a steep hill.
