Dreamy Poolside Getaway

Are you looking for a cozy and spacious house to host your group? Here's the one! This vacation villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a private pool, and it sleeps up to 8 people.

As you walk through the front double doors, you’ll probably first notice the vaulted ceilings and the sense of space they create. The first room you’ll enter is the living room. It has carpeted floors, two brown sofas, a striped arm chair, and a large flat screen TV. This is the perfect place to come back to after a long day out at the parks. You can just fall back into the sofa and put on a good Disney movie.
Right next to the living room is the kitchen. It has modern appliances, plenty of countertop space, and it comes fully equipped with all the pots, pans, utensils, small kitchen appliances, and kitchen gadgets, that you’d need to put something tasty together. Just off of the kitchen is the breakfast nook, which has views of the pool area and a small circular table and seating for four. If you need more than four seats, there’s a larger formal dining area, which seats up to 6 people.

There are 4 bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed, vaulted ceilings, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, walk-in shower, and garden tub. The second and third bedrooms have queen-size beds, and the fourth bedroom has two single beds, which are great for the younger members of the family.

Let’s head outside to the screened-in pool area. The pool is large and inviting. Along with the pool, there's a spa, which is a resting area of the pool (not a hot-tub or Jacuzzi).
Pool & spa can be heated at the same time and temperature. It has an extra cost and it needs to be added at least 3 days before arrival date.

At the pool deck, there's a covered lanai with a table and chair if you would like to enjoy a dinner/lunch by the pool.
There's sun loungers for those who want to work on their tan.


Community Description

This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
