Great Location, Clean, Beachy 1BR Cottage

  • Maui Permit STPH2015/0006. 1 bedroom, 1 bath, (sleeps 2) fully equipped & newly renovated kitchen, FREE WIFI, new appliances, coffee maker, toaster, blender, washer/dryer, new queen bed, linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs (2), outdoor covered lanai with dining table, indoor and outdoor hot showers. Perfect climate, walk to Haiku (only 100 yards to Haiku Cannery!) with 6 great restaurants, Colleen's at the cannery, Nuka, Veg-Out, amazing Fuzionfit workout & Mangala Haiku yoga studio classes right across the street also convenient walk to Haiku Grocery store.

    We are required to post the following rules in accordance with Maui County Laws.
    1.    Quiet hours from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., during which time the noise from the short-term rental home must not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours must not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area. 
    2.    Amplified sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries of the short-term rental home is prohibited. 
    3.    Vehicles must be parked in the designated onsite parking area and must not be parked on the street. 
    4.    Parties or group gatherings are not allowed.
