"Great experience, we were picked up at the airport by friendly staff on time, the hotel is a 10 minutes drive from the airport. The hotel property is clean, safe, and welcoming. The staff was always welcoming, caring, friendly, and professional. The food was delicious, the rooms had air conditioning, hot water, were very large and comfortable. We stayed with them on two different occasions and we will use them again on future stays."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel for 2 days. We were 4 adults with 2 rooms and thwy were both beautiful!!! The hotel is so beautifully decorated and thw grounds are stunning. The staff were so friendlu and helpful. David and joanni at thw front desk were phenomenal. "Great place to get ready to hike Kili or go on a safari. Not 5 star but pretty nice - decent food, great service and ready to please. Good wifi and hot water! Lots of people going coming from Kili!"

"The hotel needs major updating! The room was clean but had a musty, damp smell. We were on the first floor where the windows opened onto the walkway.There are no screens,which is okay but not on the first floor! The window lock was broken on one of the windows so we asked to have it fixed. The hotel staff looked at us quizically and said don't worry we don't have mosquitoes here. They did repair the window lock right away. We would close the window when we left and the hotel staff would open it...

"When we arrived there they had over booked and did not have a room available for us. Although we booked 1 month in advance. Their general manager was not apologetic. Seemed like they had an event and they gave our rooms to some dignitaries. "
