Being January in Leadville, I was surprised how warm this tiny house stayed during our three-night stay. The bed was very comfortable. We stayed in the one on the first floor. There is another bed in the loft above. Keep in mind that be design, the first floor bed is high above the floor and there is a well placed step stool to assist getting in the bed. The shower is wonderful and easy to access. There are lots of dishes and a full sized coffee make for your convenience. We purchased our own coffee and filters. We recommend staying at this location! It's an easy walk to restaurants and bars and some historic sites.
