"This is a beautiful property on an idyllic lake which we enjoyed very much. Linda was a more than accommodating host and we enjoyed talking with her and learning about the property and the area. Great water activities, especially the paddle boarding and canoeing. Proximity to Lake George is a plus!"

"This cabin is a hidden gem in the Lake George area. Our family of four and a dog had a lovely stay. The inside was spacious and well-equipped. (The water pressure in the shower was not the greatest, but as expected out in the woods.) The screened-in porch was wonderful and offered a gorgeous view of the outdoors. The dock with water access was the icing on the cake. The pond was suitable for swimming, fishing, and using the included water craft. Communication with the owners was always prompt and pleasant. Lake George, Glens Falls, and attractions further west and north were easily accessible. Highly recommend this rental!"

"Great place. The only thing that could improve is the bed and mattress. It squeaks and is not overly comfortable. This is it though, everything else is great. "

"Shoreline Chateau was just right for us. It was cozy, clean and full of places to relax and play. Northern Living is super responsive and pleasant. It is close enought to Lake George to enjoy what it has to offer and then escape back to the peace and quiet. The steep and uneven steps are not for those with mobility issues. We would definitely stay again!"

"6 Active adults in a very comfortable and well appointed waterfront retreat. We hiked, swam, rode horses and chatered a day of water sports. Wonderful restaurants all within 30 min and many comfortable meals made at home. Five star experience all around."

"The home was a plenty big for our sons and grandchildren.We really enjoyed the fire pit. The ride to Lake George was 20 minutes and to Six Flags only 15 minutes.The gravel road that the home is on was the only negative because of its large potholes. But overall everyone enjoyed our stay. "

From the very start, the management company stood out with their outstanding communication—quick responses, clear instructions, and helpful tips that made everything seamless. Check-in was incredibly easy, and we were immediately struck by how immaculately clean and well-maintained the house was.The home was stocked with thoughtful amenities that made our stay super comfortable—everything from kitchen supplies to cozy blankets and plenty of towels. It felt like every detail had been considered to make guests feel at home.The lake itself was absolutely lovely—peaceful, scenic, and just steps from the house. Whether we were relaxing on the deck, enjoying morning coffee with a view, or taking advantage of the water, it was the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway.One small note: there are no en suite bathrooms, so if you’re not traveling with close friends or family, you might want to bring a robe for moving between bedrooms and bathrooms.Overall, this was one of the easiest and most enjoyable VRBO experiences we’ve ever had. "I reserved this house for the week of the Fourth of July, and my family had a blast. We were impressed with the various living areas in the house, the beautiful view, and the peaceful cove. The owners included lots of thoughtful touches like kayaks, fishing poles, and even ingredients for s’mores. We rented a boat and enjoyed every day of our stay. There were a few unwelcome house guests (spiders) but this is hard to avoid on a wooded lot. Overall the house is the perfect spot for a relaxed family vacation. "
