"The hotel is very new and clean. Front desk check in was very professional and polite. I originally booked two nights but didn't realize how expensive the second night was so I tried to cancel but had to go through hotels.com. Thankfully they worked with hotels.com to waive the cancellation fee for the second night--that alone is what brings this up to 4 stars. Hotel was lacking a true sense of hospitality that I would expect for the rate and perceived caliber of the establishment. -Breakfast was a bit confusing. They give a voucher for each guest. We went downstairs around 7:30 am and since no one greeted us in the "restaurant," (it was more a of a dining room next to the bar) we spotted a buffet in the lobby that we helped ourselves to, only to realize it was for a tour bus group. That was mildly embarrassing but the person who was running the "restaurant" was very gracious and said we were fine to do that instead of ordering with her. Everyone was kind but it just felt disorganized administratively."
