For example, I called to cancel a dinner reservation, and I believe they misunderstood me and took it as a reservation request, despite me asking them to confirm that it was a cancellation I wanted. As I expected, they called me later asking why I wasn't as dinner after the reservation. I also asked about snow shoeing, but the front desk staff did not even bother checking and just told me that there are no such activity at the resort. I even showed him photos of the activity but he maintained his reply. Turns out that within your hotel is a store called Appi Explore that offers this activity, albeit it was too early for it. The dinner options are severely lacking. All options are high-priced ones - imagine staying there for a week having to eat only fancy food.
