"Staff was rude and constantly giving me a hard when using common breakfast area to make food. They said I made a mess and never did as well as always cleaned up after my meals. Door lock was broken and they never fixed. Dof ate a tv remote and the refused to give me another one even after I offered to pay for it. So I did not have use of the TV."

"The property itself was very nice! The beds were comfy and the room was clean. The breakfast however was not fresh. My husband had a moldy bagel and the pastries tasted old. If you're planning on having breakfast elsewhere, this definitely made for a nice stay though!"

"hidden parking fees upon arrival. Carpet in the room had wine stains and was in general poor condition. Bed and bathroom were comfortable. Most staff were nice. Management was unsympathetic to my grievance about hidden parking fees preferred to blame issue on Expedia. Both need to revisit fee transparency. "
