"I had a wonderful stay at Lotte Hotel Seoul. The staff were truly outstanding. Every interaction felt professional, polished, and genuinely empathic. Their attentiveness made the experience especially memorable and set a very high standard for hospitality. The room itself (1866) was beautiful and very comfortable. I did notice a couple of minor maintenance details that would benefit from attention… grout repair, loose carpet. These are small details, but addressing them would help ensure the room fully reflects the otherwise excellent quality of the hotel. Overall, I very much enjoyed my stay and greatly appreciated the exceptional service from the team."
