"We booked this accommodation as it was close to a venue we were attending. There was lots of on street parking. This is a gorgeous, grand old home. Note, Wilson House sits near a busy street. However, once inside, due to triple glazed windows, you will not hear the street noise at all! Also, be aware, rooms are on the 2nd-4th floor and there is no elevator. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were modern. Breakfast was very good. The owners were a pleasure to talk with."

"I've stayed here a couple of times for work and it's always been great. I close to great restaurants and there is a CVS and a Whole Foods each one block away."

"There were stains on the carpet in the rooms. The first room smelled damp like there was water damage. The second room was much better. There was a mouse slowly roaming in the lobby and there were some interesting looking patrons to say the least. On the brighter side, the staff was very friendly and accommodating."

"Perfect location for concert at CFG. The hotel is beautiful. Room was comfortable and clean. There’s a restaurant with good cocktails and food on the hotel property. Free coffee and wine in the lobby. Easy valet parking but can take a while if checking in at prime time (ie hours before a big concert at CFG). I’ve stayed here before and would definitely recommend!"

"This hotel is clean, easy to get to and the front desk staff was great. Very nice ambiance. I didn’t like the barn doors on the bathroom that do not provide privacy. Vent didn’t work great. Housekeeping left hand towels and big towels but no new washcloths/face towels. The valet team was horrible, a lot of people working but only the older gentleman actually worked hard. The younger attendants were slow to respond or had to be approached. The employees were generally friendly and were greeting hotel guests which was nice. Also the parking garage across the street was only $7 per day on weekends but valet was $45."

"this property is the worst. horrible customer service. we had tickets to a concert next door to the hotel. the concert was cancelled 24 hours prior to the show. we had a saturday check in and i contacted them early friday afternoon, and this staff did not have the decency to refund us our money because it was not cancelled 48 hours prior. this is 2026, give the customer a deserved break. will never stay at this hotel again."

"Liked: Friendly and helpful staff, clean property (inside and outside), clean rooms, and quick check in Disliked: Mattress was too firm and the bed frame squeaked loudly every time you moved. The shower’s water pressure could have been better. We were not able to rate breakfast - it opens at 6:30am and we had to leave at 6:30am, so was only able to quickly grab a couple apples and granola bars on the way out the door. However, it looked like the staff had everything set up nicely. Overall, would probably stay at this hotel again."

"The staff was very nice and helpful. The location is very convenient, there is a lot to do around there. Room was really clean. They have TVs that can you can connect your devices to. Breakfast was great they have an all you can eat selection or you can order and eat there or take to your room. The only thing is the elevators do take a little long mostly in the afternoon."
