Walking distance to popular shopping spots and restaurants. Spacious 3 bedroom/2 bath unit. Primary bedroom with private bathroom and screened porch. Kayaking and fishing from the backyard - bring your kayak or rent one when you arrive!

PLEASE NOTE: This property is a duplex. One or both units may be rented. If one unit is rented, then the other unit will be rented out to another party. ADDITIONAL DETAILS

* Free guest parking - room to park 3 vehicles on site.
