Our condo is perfectly situated on the 20th floor directly overlooking the outdoor pool at Phoenix Gulf Shores with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit from the Living room and Master bedroom!! With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 50" 4K Smart TV in the master and 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. We have a laundry room with full size washer and dryer, surround sound in the Living room, plenty of dish/glass ware, toaster, blenders, regular coffee maker and a Keurig! There is a King bed in the Master, two queens in both the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room for sleeping up to 12.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Shores guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Unreal, like heaven.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived to find the beach and the condo exactly as advertised. We had a great family vacation and were absolutely comfortable. At this point, I would be hesitant to stay anywhere else.

Quick weekend at the beach

We loved the spacious porch with comfortable furniture. The bedroom were decorated beautifully and very comfortable. When you arrive there are grocery carts and luggage carriers to help with transporting your belongings. The kitchen was well stocked (no spices) and very easy to work in. We loved the view!

Spring Break 2025

Very nice spacious condo beachfront on 20th floor and big balcony. Elevators were pretty quick too. Nice indoor pool, hot tubs, and outdoor pool with a great slide. However there are some items in kitchen that need to be replaced. Spring Break with 4 grandsons, a good time making great memories.

From booking to checking in/out, everything went smoothly. The rooms were spacious and clean. Kitchen was stocked with dishes, flatware, and pans. Loved having both pod coffeemaker and regular brew pot.

Peaceful Oasis

801 west beach blvd is the go to place when visiting Gulf Shores for families. Peaceful, relaxing, and a beautiful view. I believe any room ilar this location would more that satisfy any adult stay with kids. We personally like room 2002.

Condo Great but …

Condo was great but we were not happy with beach set up. We rented chairs and umbrellas for the week. People were able to set up in front of us with their own umbrellas and camping tents which obstructed our view of ocean. Our group come to beach every year at this time and this is the first time this has ever happened.

Great family getaway

We had a wonderful time staying here for our first ever trip to Gulf Shores. It was very clean and well cared for. Beautiful view! The beach was gorgeous and we had a great time going between the ocean, outdoor pool and indoor pool and hot tub. Just make sure to bring your own back up paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags and dishwasher pods. There is a "starter pack" of all of this but it is just one of each, which wasn't enough for a group of our size (we had 11 in our party). Aside from that this was a perfect home away from home!

Great location, needs updates

We stayed for the month of Feb, 2023. PROS: Great location, views & building amenities. Felt safe in the area and in the building. Beds were comfortable. AC worked well. Plenty of dishes and glasses. Rental company was prompt with taking care of issues they could address such as light bulbs out, replaced missing batteries in the remotes and the broken patio chair mentioned in an earlier review was fixed within a day. CONS: Still needs a deep cleaning as mentioned in an earlier review. The furniture, rugs and decorative pillows need cleaning or replacing.

Amazing location and amazing views

We had a wonderful trip! Aside from the fabric furniture being a little worn, things were very clean and comfortable. The place is well laid out and looks even better in person! The view from the 20th floor is amazing! We spent a lot of time out on the spacious back porch overlooking the ocean. The kitchen, family room, and bedrooms were all great and it was so nice for each bedroom to have their own bathroom. The location was sooo convenient with having young kids. The elevators room you right down to the indoor pool which was right next to the outdoor and right next to a short boardwalk to the beach. It made beach life with small children so much easier than other beach trips where you had to walk a lot to get to the pool or beach. The pool has a fantastic water slide my kids loved and the indoor pool was heated which was nice. We had a great stay and would recommend it!

Beautiful View

Definitely need to spray for bugs! Saw several while there then when I got home and unpacked, two crawled out of my bag. So gross! Water didn’t work from fridge! Told front desk three times about people smoking weed the floor below us and nothing was done! So the last couple of days, we could not even stay on the balcony which was our favorite spot! We had to keep the door closed! Great location and great view! Loved having the boogie boards there as well for the kids! Amenities are great! We are definitely coming back next year because loved gulf shores! Just wish we could have enjoyed the room more!

Nice view

Could use a deep clean. Very nice unit with a few issues. Dryer had to be turned on 2-3 times to dry one load, even after maintenance came to fix it. Had to buy spatulas as they were all broken. Crackers under the bed from previous renters. No dressers in two of the rooms making it very tough to keep organized. Little things that just need addressed for this specific unit. All and all, a nice place to stay for the week.

Perfect for a large family!

My wife and I have four kids ranging from 2 to 9 years old and we had plenty of space to spread out. Everything was as described in the listing and the property manager was very responsive when we requested a broom to try and keep up with the sand that the kids were tracking inside from the beach. The view is impossible to describe. When we walked in we were instantly greeted with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Gulf. The facility itself is perfect for families with young kids. Two zero-entry pools, the beach is just steps away, and storage on the ground level for beach toys, chairs, etc. Being on the 20th floor I was concerned that we would be waiting for elevators, but we never had to wait more than a minute or two. I would recommend this to anyone with a big family and/or small kids. We will definitely be back next year!

The place is really nice. Very spacious. Perfect location. Easily accessible. If I could make a recommendation it would be to update furniture. Outdoor furniture is in bad shape as well. Outdoor pillows were mildewed and some chairs were not in great shape. Outside of those things it was amazing.

Excellent condo for a family with older children

We loved the condo. It was a great configuration for our young adult children. Everyone had their own large bed which was ideal for teens and young adults. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and silverware, much more than other condos we've stayed in before. We loved the large deck and were able to see dolphin every day. The complex had easy access parking to the elevators and they were very quick, considering we were on the 20th floor. The living room could stand to have a furniture upgrade to accommodate more people, but otherwise we would recommend to others.
