Wake up to panoramic Gulf views from the 22nd floor — one of the highest vantage points in Gulf Shores. From this rare east corner suite, you'll watch dolphins play in crystal-clear water, catch stunning sunrises over the Gulf, and enjoy privacy that lower floors simply can't offer. Only 3 units per floor, with completely separated balconies — no shared walls with neighbors on the corner side.

THE SPACE — 3 BEDROOMS, 3 BATHROOMS
This beautifully renovated condo features 9-foot ceilings, calming coastal decor, and two private balconies.

Master Suite: King bed, 42" TV, en-suite bath with jacuzzi tub and separate walk-in shower, plus direct balcony access with floor-to-ceiling Gulf views.
Second Bedroom: King bed, 32" TV, private bath, and direct access to the east balcony overlooking the Gulf and lagoon.
Third Bedroom: Queen bed, 32" TV, east balcony access, with a full bath directly across the hall.
Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa and 2 swivel rocker-recliners. A queen air mattress and twin fold-out are also available — sleeps up to 10.

FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN
Large U-shaped kitchen with new cabinets, quartz countertops, undercounter lighting, and a stand-alone icemaker (you'll want it for beach days). Seat 4 at the counter bar or 6 at the dining table. The bar has a built-in pop-up outlet for charging devices. Free Wi-Fi throughout.

Front Balcony: High-top table with 4 chairs, cushioned sofa, 2 swivel rockers, and a coffee table — an unobstructed panoramic view of white sand beaches and sparkling Gulf waters.
East Balcony: Accessible from the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms with seating to enjoy Gulf and lagoon views.

We ask that you wash beach towels before departure and return them to the container, and rinse sand off beach chairs before bringing them inside. Please let us know if anything is missing when you arrive.
