Renovated condo with a gorgeous front ocean view! Escape to paradise with this stunning 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom beachfront condo, located just steps from the sand. The condo is on the 6th floor, sleeps up to 6 people, and is perfect for couples or families with young children. Everything in the unit, including appliances and furniture, is brand NEW. Kitchen - fully equipped, modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Bedroom - decorated with coastal-inspired tones, has a King-size bed, built-in closet, and a smart TV. Hallway - adorable built-in bunk beds (perfect for the kids). A privacy pocket door can be used to separate the bedroom and bunk beds from the living area. Livingroom – bright and airy living room, where panoramic ocean views are the star of the show. Furnished with comfortable, coastal-inspired décor, including a queen leather sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress, a rocking recliner, a smart TV. The open-concept layout seamlessly connects the living room to the kitchen and dining area, making it an ideal space for entertaining or spending time with family. Step out onto the private balcony directly from the living area, and enjoy the refreshing ocean breeze or watch the sunset over the horizon. We provide table and board games (checkers, dominoes, monopoly, Jenga, junior scrabble, etc), DVD movies and several books for your enjoyment. The unit has 2 HD TV’s, a blu-ray/DVD player. Mediacom cable and free Wi-Fi are provided by our owner association. The rental also comes equipped with one crib (pack 'n play) and kids sand toys for your convenience. Even tho Marina was traveling, she was quick to respond and work it out with the cleaner as well as the management company. This little piece of heaven is just right for a couples getaway and can accommodate 2 other kids or adults in the hall bunks. The condo was exceptionally clean. well decorated, the bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies, and had both a regular Mr coffee maker and a Kerig. Games, books, sand toys, beach umbrella, wagon and a keyless entry were all supplied. This condo had everything you could want and more. I did not want to leave. It was close to both the elevator and the trash shoot. You would think that would be loud but it was not. It was convenient. A quick ride down the elevator and you were at the pool. With this condo being beach side you literally just walk across the tiny bridge and your feet are in the sand. It was a super easy walk and the beach was perfect for swimming and walking. The owner communicated with us and checked on us throughout our stay. We are already planning our next trip! If you are hesitating, don’t! Book it. After staying at two other properties during our vacation, our last stay was at this condo and it was a breath of fresh air. The communication was great, check in was easy, and the views were amazing. What made it above and beyond were the little things…the decor was beautiful, the owners provided so many extras to make the trip less work for the guests including providing beach toys to use and all the extras like soap, shampoo, detergents etc that most condos don’t provide.
