« The property is great for families with a huge multi-level pool with toddler area and an older child play area. Its close to the market and restaurants in a good area of town. The room is large with two bedrooms and a kitchenette. There are essentially four beds with two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The only negative is there is no room service to clean each day, make up beds,, take out the trash, etc. As long as you don't mind that it's a great place to stay, is quiet at night, safe, and...

« The condo was not in great shape and smelled bad but we got air fresheners to hang up and it was better, but it had mold on the walls, otherwise it was a clean place had a nice balcony, and the pools were spectacular, including the waterpark for my grandson. But one shower had no hot water, it was run down and the smell was not good:( I would stay on the property again but not that condo due to the condition and check in was a pain , as you get your key from somewhere else down the road, it took...

« Awesome location, close to great local food and 7-11 if you need something. The pictures are pretty accurate. We had a couple of broken window locks and needed extra pillows and blankets and management wouldn’t give them to us without contacting the condo owner for authorization. We never got them over our 7 day stay. At night the lighted walkway looks great but you can’t walk on it since the lights are so bright that they blind you from seeing steps. Our showers would not maintain temperature....

« I want to start with what I liked: The unit is very spacious and the AC works great. Beds are comfortable and showers and toilets work well. Everything was very clean. Some minor maintenance issues, but those can be overlooked. You are renting a home and not a hotel after all. The property has ocean access - not a real beach. But for walks on the beach, it was fine. We did that a lot. Local fishermen have boats in the water. That was fun to watch. Some surprises: 1) I found the unit searching...

"2e visite en un an. cette fois je suis très déçu. La chambre est extrêmement bruyante due à une Beach Party qui a lieu tous les soirs très tard. le petit-déjeuner également est extrêmement bruyant. La clientèle est en grande majorité constituée de famille avec enfants en bas âge, je déconseille cet hôtel à toute personne souhaitant le calme, l'ambiance est très différente d'un standard Hilton."

"La chambre était en bon état. Le cadre est magnifique et encore plus le soir avec le couché de soleil et le ciel rose. Le personnel n'était pas forcément courtois, loin d'un service 5\*. On est resté 8 nuits et le ménage dans notre chambre laissait a désirer. Pas de bonjour, pas de au revoir, pas de merci de la part du personnel. Pas d'ambiance, ni d'animation le soir dans l'hôtel. Petit déjeuner bruyant et le personnel était toujours pressé de finir. De plus, chaque jour en allant à la plage de l'hôtel, les serviettes étaient tachées et sales. Il y a énormément d'enfants à la piscine donc c'est loin d'être reposant. Les prix affichés du bar ainsi que du restaurant ne sont pas réels car il y a deux taxes qui s'ajoutent : 10% et 8%. Ils demandent toujours de payer avant même d'avoir terminé au lieu de mettre la note sur la chambre. Cerise sur le gâteau, on nous a demandé en arrivant de laisser un avis avant même d'avoir la clé de la chambre. Maintenant on comprend pourquoi."
