"The reason this isn’t 5 stars is because we asked multiple times at the front desk to have the tv in the room repaired and were told they would send someone up. On the 3rd day the battery in the lock for the digital key died. They sent someone up quickly for that. While he was fixing the door, we asked about the tv. He told us they never requested they come check it out. He did fix it while up there. It took him longer to fix the tv than the door. He told us that he was gonna go down and find out why they never put the request in. It wasn’t user error on the tv and I don’t think we should have had to asked so many times just to find out that the request had never been relayed to maintenance. Everything else was great, clean, pretty view. Breakfast is basic and slim compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at and spent less per night. The beach house social restaurant was excellent and worth going to, even you stay somewhere else."

"Aileen checked me in. She was so friendly and helpful. We stayed in a very spacious ocean facing room with a great balcony that has 2 chairs and a side table. The sheets were crisp and white. The beds were comfy and each one had 4 pillows. The air conditioner worked very very well.... cold sleepers unite :) . The toiletries were light on scent and family friendly . The 2 pools and outside deck was spotless. The breakfast buffet had a great variety.... and I'll say it.... it beats the marriot fairfield inn spread any day! You'll thank me if you are traveling with kids."
