"We had a truly wonderful holiday here with our two young children. The gîte is spacious, clean, and tastefully presented, and is set in amazingly peaceful countryside with panoramic views to surrounding villages and farmland. The owners are friendly and communication is easy. We stayed for a week but could have easily stayed all summer - we will be back!"

"A great house for a large party. We spent most of the time outside - our group (including six children aged 3 to 10) really enjoyed the pool, games room, toy house. The gas barbecue was really helpful and there was loads of cutlery, crockery etc. We also appreciated the generous provision of loo rolls, soap, cleaning stuff, towels etc."

"Très beau gîte et environnement adéquat pour la famille.Accueil parfait et convivial par le gentil propriétaire qui répond facilement au téléphone.Les activités sur place sont riches pour tous les âges : pêche ( 17 poissons en 3 jours pour des enfants extra débutants), promenade, jet ski, piscine. Restaurant pas trop loin,...Et le meilleur c'est la piscine privative avec les transats , l espace à barbecue et la table familiale en extérieur Cuusine bien équipée en électroménagers utilitaires mais peu d espace pour ranger ses aliments secs pour 10 personnes. Les armoires du salon étaient trop poussiéreuses et à même le sol.Seuls bémols : -les draps, les coussins et couettes sont jaunis et tachés. Il y avait des pépins de raisins et chips dans 3 lits entre la couette et le drap housse.-les sanitaires haut et bas ne sont pas finis : les enfants se brûlaient à utiliser le robinet d'eau chaude monté à l envers. Les bémols sont des retouches de finitions bâclées mais les très bons souvenirs de la cousinade ont fait oubliés ces éléments dans la journée.A RETENIR : un très gentil propriétaire et de bons souvenirs"

"Really lovely farmhouse amidst the beautiful Charente countryside. Very spacious, clean and well equipped. There were only 5 of us so two bedrooms were unused but even if they had been there was plenty of room for everyone. Very comfy beds, great showers and very welcome air conditioning although the house stays remarkably cool even in heat dome conditions ! The gardens, pool and barn are particularly lovely. Wendy the host was super friendly and helpful! We will definitely visit again"
