The castle owner is a very friendly person who gave us a tour around his castle. However, the house we rented is only partly renovated. The floor in the salon urgently needs to be re-done. Séjour de 5 nuits en octobre 2024 ### 8/10 – Bien #### hoes v. 3 janv. 2026 Wij verbleven hier tussen Kerst en Oud & Nieuw en ons belangrijkste doel was een rustige plek te vinden waar onze honden zich veilig zouden voelen. Dat is uitstekend gelukt: de omgeving is bijzonder kalm en bood precies de ontspanning waar we naar op zoek waren.Het huisje zelf was comfortabel en vooral de bedden verdienen een compliment – we hebben heerlijk geslapen. Ook was het aangenaam warm binnen. In vergelijking met de foto’s op de website oogde het huisje wel wat gedateerd en waren er enkele kleine aandachtspuntjes die met wat extra onderhoud verholpen zouden kunnen worden. Ook de schoonmaak had op sommige punten iets zorgvuldiger gemogen.De communicatie verliep grotendeels via WhatsApp en dat ging in het Engels redelijk goed. Bij aankomst bleek echter dat de sleuteloverdracht alleen in het Frans mogelijk was, wat wat onhandig was aangezien in de informatie werd vermeld dat er ook Nederlands, Engels en Duits gesproken werd.Al met al kijken we tevreden terug op ons verblijf. We zijn vooral erg blij dat de jaarwisseling voor onze honden rustig is verlopen.
