"The peoperty itself was new and comfortable but the location was not in the section of odessa as advertized. The women who showed the apartment seemed put out and disinterested. When I asked about secure parking she pointed up the hill. It was too much effort for her to show me how to use this seperate area. "I have been staying in Hotel Palace for years and always come back. Rooms are clean and spacious, breakfast is included and is very good!! Hotel is very central to many things downtown, location is great! The staff is VERY NICE, I assure you that you will not find better and nicer staff anywhere else! Christian in reception is the BEST! You will feel at home at this hotel! "
