Llegué a la propiedad bien cansada desde Bogotá con mis hijas y nunca me abrieron ni dieron la cara, todo fue por teléfono culpaban a la aplicación que no les notificaron, esperé por casi dos horas y a lo último después de que yo contacte al agente virtual y seguí ahí me mandaron a otra ubicación pero no era lo que yo esperaba, me hicieron pasar un muy mal rato, el agente virtual me informó que me devolverían mi dinero y estoy esperándolo. Estoy pensando en ya no usar esta aplicación ya que la utilizo seguido y no quiero volver a pasar por otro momento así.

Besides the lovely family hosting a more beautiful location with the vistas would be hard to imagine the only challenges to drive based on weather conditions, and the host is more gracious to also meet us on the main street and have a follow him

It was a terrible honeymoon. no running hot water. We had to take cold showers the whole entire week. They’re there is road work no sidewalks. in the description it also said that I had to bunkbeds and two queen size bed wish it was not true. It was only two bunkbeds, one queen size bed and they said that you can use the a recliner chair as your six bed it was not even a sofa bed. It was a recliner. They live on the descriptions on the room. I booked a room for four people. I brought five people with me. She told me that I had to pay an extra 50 bucks for the fifth person which I have no problem with after I paid it. She told me that she did not have no towels for that person is she only had the original four so why would you ask me for a $50 if you don’t have a tile for him to drive himself or a big for him to sleep in no pain no tile for the fifth person even though she didn’t charge me $50 for it. . The room was in a fifth floor with no elevators. She told me that was the best view of the Orange Taylor Hotel he did not make no difference I was. I still had a construction in front of me water. I was on the first floor or the fifth floor. She ended up moving me to the second floor when I asked her for towels because the room do not have any towels her response to me was it was your job to find yourself towels they are not professional there are not ready to have a business. I will never recommend this place never in my life to nobody.

We reserved a 2 bedroom apartment; it was exactly as seen in the pictures, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 of them an ensuite), a living room, fully equipped kitchen and a balcony. Completely renovated and clean. If the breakfast is included in your reservation, they give you 2 choices/types of restaurants which are block away (pretty close). Good choice if you go to Guatape with family.
