« On n’a jamais été informé que le lac était à sec. Il était au courant depuis 6 semaines. À la date de notre réservation edificio lake view savait que le lac était vide.Très décevant surtout lorsque tu payes plus cher pour avoir une vue spectaculaire La cuisine était sale La cafetière était brisée et nous avons eu aucune cafetière de remplacement après l’avoir demandé »

« Luis is an excellent super host! He received us and explained in detail the amenities in his condo. The location is 5 minutes walk from bus station and in front of the main plaza and church. Par où commencer ? - L’appartement était sale (couverture tachées, vaisselles avec de la nourriture, cheveux dans la douche..) - Très bruyant : proche de la place principale, réveillé à 4h du matin avec des klaxons et les pétard - communication compliquée: la personne en charge de nous accueillir nous a à peine parler, après m’avoir demandé si le logement était réglé, et que j’ai confirmé que oui, elle passe un appel WhatsApp pour demander confirmation (l’impression...

"Lors de la réservation sur leur site web, on nous promet des activités gratuites comme le paddleboard ou le kayak. Lorsque nous demandons de faire ces activités, on nous réponds qu’il n’offre pas ces activités sur place et que l’on doit payer un supplément. Nous avons été faire un tour en ville et les activités étaient 2x moins cher que ce que l’hôtel nous proposait à la base « gratuitement ». De plus, le site mentionnait qu’il y avait possibilité de service en anglais. Aucun employé ne sait pas anglais et doivent tout nous communiqué par google translate avec beaucoup de difficulté. La réservation avait été déjà payée et on me recharge en double le montant déjà payé en mentionnant que la chambre avait été annulé, ce qui n’était pas du tout le cas. J’ai tout dû régler avec google traduction avec difficulté. Finalement, on nous démontre un hôtel propre et chaleureux sur les photos, ce qui est tout le contraire rendu sur place. Il y avait pleins d’araignées et de moustiques dans le sauna, et le spa était très malpropre. Plein d’algues accumulées dans le fond, eau froide, bref mal entretenue. Bref pour le prix qu’on paie, je ne recommanderais pas."
