"Les Amandines" is a sought-after residence comprised of charming bungalows with terraces and two small apartment buildings surrounding the swimming pool. The pool is open from mid-June to mid-September, subject to health and weather conditions.

This corner holiday home, boasting a spacious terrace, features a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a separate toilet, a bathroom, and two bunk beds in a separate sleeping alcove. Upstairs, there is a storage area and a bedroom furnished with a double bed.

The advantages of this holiday rental: close to the beach, private and enclosed parking, and a secure swimming pool.

End-of-stay cleaning is included.

Sheets and towels are not provided but can be reserved by contacting the agency at least ten days before your arrival.

sejour Gruissan Aout 2016

Nous avons séjourné avec ma femme et mon fils une semaine dans cette location. 1ère remarque nous avons eu la désagréable surprise de ne pas trouver de machine à laver ( sans que cela ne soit préciser par POPLIDAYS). 2ème remarque : l'installation électrique n'est pas conforme, des prises sont hs, d'autres ne sont pas fixées correctement, des fils courent un peu partout le long des plaintes. 3eme remarque : la chasse d'eau faisait un bruit d'enfer à chaque utilisation (nous l'avons signalé, un technicien est venu mais rien n'a changé, de plus celle-ci fuyait ce qui nous obligeait à couper l'eau ). Concernant le prestataire FONCIA: très bon accueil.
