This seaside rental includes a large living room, a dining area with a sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, with a TV area offering a second sofa bed. Separate WC.  
  
Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a shower room with shower and WC. Enclosed terrace with garden furniture.  
  
The advantages of this holiday rental:  
Pleasant and bright villa near the swimming pool. Private parking immediately adjacent to the villa.  
  
Pleasant residence, situated in a beautiful natural setting, composed of semi-detached villas, with a central swimming pool open from June to September.  
Automated gate. 400 meters from the sea and 100 meters from local shops.  
  
End-of-stay cleaning included.  
  
Sheets and towels are not provided; they can be reserved by contacting the agency at least ten days before your arrival.
