"This is probably one of the cleanest properties I have used on VRBO. It is on the newer side so that helps. Centrally located, plenty of grocery and shopping options nearby. We were in town for a family event and this house allowed us to visit with our Georgia family without any problems. Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy our time together. Thank you!"

"Not great but ok for the price. No real big issues, my AC unit leaked water on the floor over night but didn’t cause me a problem. Several people just hanging around the parking area loitering. A single lady may find that uncomfortable. I asked for a copy of my receipt and did not receive that. I suspect I will have to call to get it. "

"We have stayed in many VRBOs over the years. This home is older and lacks the extras (like blow dryer, extra blankets, towels, tissues, hand soap in both bathroom and kitchen, etc). But beds were clean and it worked for our travels as we were relocating family to Grovetown and spent most of our time at our family's new home."
