We can't wait to host you in our bright 1 bedroom apartment near St. Tropez! Discover the charming village of Grimaud, a small medieval village nestled on a hill. This is one of the oldest villages in the Maures mountain range and with its rich heritage, you'll find both architectural and natural beauty. Our lovely 37m2 air-conditioned apartment is in a fantastic location for your beach holiday, and if you're travelling by car even more of the area's gorgeous landmarks will be available to you.
Our 1 BEDROOM apartment features a Double bed (140). There is a separate sleeping area with a Bunk bed and a Sofa bed for 2 in the living area. We'll provide you with bed linens.
Prepare for the day in the 1 BATHROOM with a separate WC and towels included. Keep your clothes clean using the on-site laundry machines, available for an additional charge.
After a day of lounging at the beach, retreat to our cozy LIVING AREA. Catch up on your favourite shows and movies on the TV and you can stay connected to friends and family back home by taking advantage of the FREE Wi-Fi. Step out onto the balcony or patio to enjoy the fresh air!
In the KITCHENETTE you'll find a refrigerator, a set of ceramic hobs, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Enjoy your meals at the dining table with seating.
There are a number of other amenities you're sure to love when you stay at Prestige Residence La Palmeraie, where our property is conveniently located. These included access to the 2 shared heated outdoor pools on-site (open from April to October), access to the petanque grounds, and the on-site tennis court. In the mornings, start your day off with a delicious breakfast on-site for €9/adult and €6/child (reservation required). If you are travelling with little ones, you may rent a baby kit which includes a bed, high chair, and bath for €8/day and €25/stay. We recommend bringing a car to get around the area and there is a complimentary outdoor parking space available on-site (subject to availability).
If you'd like to bring a pet, please let us know when booking and we may be able to accommodate them for a charge. Please note that a small daily tourist tax of €0.50 to €3 per night per person, an eco-tax of €0.20 per night per person, and a €500 damage deposit will be collected upon arrival. An ID card or passport is required for all guests including babies (drivers licences are not valid). Guests are requested to clean their units prior to departure or an end of stay cleaning (excluding kitchenette) is available during the summer starting from €72.
