"The location was very convenient, just a short walk from the bus stop (which is where the supermarkets are located). Luckily there was an elevator available although there are a few steps to go up in order to get to the reception desk.
The room was clean, they did have carpet, but I had brought slippers not knowing if this was something provided in Germany. The bed was comfortable and the room temperature was kept very comfortable. There wasn't heat turned on and the breeze from the outside made it very pleasant. The room was perfect for 1 person although it would also be fine for 2. The bathroom is a good size, not too big or small, but I am also a small person so that's that.
The breakfast spread was reasonable and typical of the region, bread, cereal, cut fruit, yogurt, deli meats, cheese, eggs, and luckily for me, some lightly sauteed vegetables as well.
It is also quite centrally located at least for me, as I'm used to walking and everything was easily walkable distance. Overall one of the more comfortable stays during my exploration of the Mosel region. "
"The breakfast was excellent, the staff were very helpful and spoke perfect English, the property doesn’t look as nice from the outside, and its towards the back of the town, and parking isn’t onsite, but we managed to find a place very close by with no charge. I would definitely recommend staying here the roof terrace and honesty bar were a nice touch too. "
"This was even better than I could have imagined! Beautiful apartment, so modern and updated. Everything in town was walkable. Great conversations with the host to understand some tourist benefits better. Tried the German train system some before our planned train trip the following week, made us more comfortable and saved us so much time on a Sunday excursion we would have otherwise driven to. So many restaurants, cafes, and pubs nearby as well as a the wine fest we based our trip around. Our in house breakfasts were so good and leisurely. Loved this location and this gasthaus! "
"'Full kitchen a joke' no oven, fridge has no ice box. Temperature of room uncontrollable in hot weather, needs aircon. A lot of the electrics are by patch board. Would not meet UK safety regs."
