« Room was dirty! Cobwebs in corners, fridge was unclean and the microwave was unclean/unsanitary. I have video proof that the housekeeping does not do their job, coming from a hospital housekeeper. Rust in the bathtub that can be clean. Dust on top of certain objects like microwave, lamps, and tv. Microwave had old food inside of it , it was not used by us previously. Fridge had hair in it and was dirty previously before we arrived. »

« It was a nice clean and new facility. We did have issues with their fancy TV. 85 and 87 year-old people do not know how to do some of those things involving black magic. Our big issue was the fact that Expedia never updated our reservation. I originally registered for the wrong date. The hotel could not change it because they said the reservation was made by Expedia. I knew nothing about Expedia. I thought I was dealing with the hotel. I paid the extra $103 to have them change my overnight date...

« We had a most enjoyable stay at LOJ BNB. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent. A first choice option for a relaxing stay in a North of Europe atmosphere. Highly recommended. Un bel endroit où séjourner au cœur du Michigan. L'accueil est affable et très courtois. Le petit déjeuner est extra. On est au milieu des champs donc tranquillité garantie dans une ambiance Pays-Bas. »

« Great location with easy free parking & a lovely riverfront deck! Self check-in went smoothly. We may have been the only living souls on the property, we saw no one. Clean room, but Keurig wasn’t clean enough for me to risk a cup of coffee… Bathroom was nice & big, but shower head needs to be replaced to deliver water to head and eliminate leakage from attachment point. Downtown Lowell is charming! »

« In the first room I had, rm 214, the phone and TV didn't work, and the bedding was unclean—specifically, the pillowcases had hair, food and dirt marks on them. Also the second room, rm 218 I had smelled of mildew and the sheets had a foul odor to them, i politely asked the front desk for a change of bedding that i had to try and configure myself. These issues presented themselves between check-in around 7 pm and persisted until 3 oclock in the morning. I barely slept and wasn't able to have...

« I stayed in this cute little cabin in a quiet neighborhood by a little lake with my 70 year-old mother while we attended the high-school graduation celebrations of my niece in a nearby town. Everything was as advertised. The host was very responsive when I had questions.There are only a couple of bedrooms and a sofa, so not room for a large family group but perfect for my mom and I.The only very minor issue was the high step up into the cabin. My mom commented that she felt it was very high....
