We had an amazing time at this property. The pictures and description were spot on and everyone commented how cool the layout was. If we travel back to North Carolina, this property would be at the top of our list. Plenty of room for all 7 of us to relax and spread out.

Excellent location and property

We travel annually to a large national track meet in Greensboro. This property was perfect for a larger group of people and the location was perfect. We were outside of the “city” but close enough to everything we needed for a great weekend. Thanks for having us!

Nice time

While it was a bit smaller than expected, we had a great time. TVs in multiple rooms made it easier for my nephew to watch his cartoons while the rest of us caught the Super Bowl. My personal favorite area was the outside patio (the grill and fire pit the best!)

Overall it's in a nice quiet neighborhood and the decorations made it feel homey and family friendly. Game room was a hit along with the fire pit. It appeared that the leaves hadn't been blown off in weeks and we had to use a broom so nothing happened to catch fire from using the grill. The gutters were very full as well. This is understandable in the fall, but I'm sure renters wouldn't mind having a little blower to clear leaves off the back deck. We do understand the cleaning crew had left right before we got there, but the chemical smell was so super strong it seemed hard to breath at first. The bedroom floors were very dirty. All of our children's socks got very very dirty right away. They cleaned with a paper towel and came up very dirty.When we needed something (toilet paper, a kitchen hand towel, toilet paper, and having the temperature adjusted the owner responded very quickly which we appreciate. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

This property is covered with exterior cameras that weren't listed on the listing or in the property handbook(Which from what I understand is a violation of VRBO policy). It feels like you have no privacy if you are outside. The exterior doors re-locking after 30 seconds made it very difficult, especially with kids. A couple interior doors do not close, including a bedroom and bathroom. There were no dish towles, or dish rags and only one bathroom hand towel.
