This 3-bedroom, 1-bath home comfortably sleeps 6 and is perfect for a serene getaway. Enjoy the full kitchen, cozy firepit, outdoor grill, and deck. Located just minutes from local wineries and a short drive to De Pere and Green Bay, Vineyard View offers the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern amenities for your stay. This home truly has room for your family to spread out and enjoy. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances; including a electric stove top, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen has a Keurig Duo, toaster and more! Dinning room includes large table with seating for 6\. Dishes are stocked and provided for you to cook a family meal. The living room opens up to allow seating for 6 with sectional couch. A 45\` smart TV with Roku that is WIFI ready, and allows you to log into all of your favorite streaming channels/apps. Complimentary WI-FI for guests to use or work. There is a Laundry room off the entry way with standard size washer and dryer. Please bring your own detergent and dryer sheets if you plan to wash clothes. Back deck off the kitchen with an outdoor dining table with 4 chairs. A propane grill and a firepit area with additional seating to gather around the campfire. This 2 story home has window A/C and hot water baseboard heating through out. Primary Bedroom (Main Level) - 1 Queen Bed with closet space for clothes storage. Second Bedroom (Upstairs) - 1 Queen bed and shelving for storage. Third Bedroom - 2 Twin XL Beds and luggage racks. Full Bathroom on main level ITEMS PROVIDED. Landlord shall provide all bedding, full kitchen accessories, hand and dishwasher soap (starter supply), fire pit, propane grill. Paper towel and toilet paper (starter supply). ITEMS NOT PROVIDED. The Guest shall be responsible for providing the following, but not limited, items: beach / recreational towels, bodywash and hair shampoo, laundry detergent and fabric softener (needed only if you plan to wash clothes at the premises), firewood (if you want to have a bonfire and something to light the fire with), yard toys (like volleyball, frisbees, soccer ball, softball and bat, football to play catch with), and board games. It is also understood that there is not a landline telephone at the premises. VINEYARD: This rental is overlooking the neighboring property owners vineyard. There is no access to the vineyard or access to picking grapes. IMPORTANT: You can rest easy knowing your space is covered with $3,000 In \`All-Risk\` Damage Protection. Although rare, accidental damage from guests does happen. Traditionally, this was managed via a security deposit or vacation rental damage insurance purchased by the guest. Both are cumbersome and often have big limitations in protection. With \`all-risk\` protection, all accidental damage from guests is covered unless it\`s specifically excluded such as, but not limited to, normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage. Pet damages will be invoiced to the guest if damages is above our pet fee of 125$. Guest is fully responsible for their pet while staying with us. This house is professionally managed by 1919 Properties LLC. We look forward to welcoming you to The Vineyard View in Greenleaf. The first 50% of your reservation total will be charged at the time of booking. The second 50% of your reservation will be charged sixty (60) days prior to your check in. If you are staying at the property on garbage day, the host will be stopping by to take trash bins from outside the garage and pull them out to the road. This will not interfere with your stay. Similar during summer months you may see someone from our lawn care service coming to cut the grass.
