« We arrived with no water for the first night and next morning. On the second night we did not have water until after 7:00 p.m. and then no hot water. Out of 3 night stay we had hot water for only one night. No refund was offered or given because 'we booked through Expedia'. »

« First night, okay. Second, third, etc neighbors jumping, bumping loud music most the night until I had to call the front desk two nights in a row. They have workers in and they’re top priority. Not us traveling peasants lol. If you wanna party, check in; if you want quiet go elsewhere »

« Motel was very run down, door was open when we arrived and the heater did not work. It was 20 degrees outside and the room was very cold. When we asked for help, the staff implied that we broke the heater by simply trying to turn it on. Said to give it some time because I pushed too many buttons (on, high, heat were pushed).
