We get to the hotel again at midnight and was abruptly told, the elevator has been out for a week and we are on the third floor. Seems like they would have told us that,I just got through PT for my back. The stairs weren't a problem going up and down but with luggage? He mumbled something and said we could refund and get another hotel but it was after midnight and we were tired. He was not helpful, we also watched him with other guests and they got the same treatment. The whole hotel had a musty unpleasant odor. The one bright spot was breakfast, it was good." The biscuits were hard and it was difficult to make a waffle that didn't stick to the gridle. The cookies were a nice touch, but were hard. I will not choose this hotel for future visits." It was clean though, that's pretty much what matters most to me. I've had worse experiences for sure.
