"There was not much parking, the room had roaches and the AC unit was not working properly. The rooms are cheap but not really where you want to stay! They have to have security guards at the front gate to secure the property due to the crime. "

"The first day I checked in I had placed the wrong dates on app. The front staff angel and daisy were super friendly helpful and assisted me with that issue so I can get to room. Love this place super clean as well as rooms, also food was delicious"

"My stay was very good and no problems. My only problem was tht they are now charging for parking, which I as under the impression was free. Had I known I would have gone to another hotel with free or cheaper parking."

"Upon check-in we were treated very badly by the night clerk. This is the 3rd time I had called to validate that the room we were needing was on the 1st floor. And it was the 3rd time I'm told it's on the 2nd floor with no elevator. My partner is a disabled Vet. The clerk continue to tell me that, that's what I get for using a "3rd Party" vendor and I should have used Bonvoy. We have stayed at this location for 6 times and always purchase the same type of room and always request the 1st floor. I was so upset after a very long day of travel. That clerk needs to be removed from the job...she has no CSR skills and didn't care. If Bonvoy charged the same fees for rooms...I would go there...and one other thing....it's the 3rd party vendors that fill the rooms. Such a rude human being."

"When I first arrived and checked in, I asked the person at the desk where can I catch the tram? She walked me too the corner and explained which traffic light in the distance was the tram stop. This is just the first of several times the staff made my trip here a relaxing experience. The staff here is great! Best Regards - Randall "
