Greetings from Rick and Renee. Clean, safe and comfortable. Those words really do describe this place. Many of our guest reviews mention how clean the place was when they arrived. We work hard at it. Your comfort and our wish that you have that "feels like home" experience is also a big focus our ours. So, we've made sure that the beds are as comfortable as possible with beautiful comforters and blankets, quality high thread count sheets, quality mattress pads and 6 pillows on the king and queen beds. Our high quality Sealy and Beautyrest mattresses are newer and very comfortable. Both bedrooms are of ample size. You won't need to step over anything in our bedrooms during your stay. There are plenty of places to stash things. The king bedroom has a walk in closet. and a ceiling fan. Both bedrooms have black out window curtains.  
The kitchen is fully stocked with newer appliances and all the tools you'll need to prepare a wonderful meal or simply pop some corn for a movie. The dining table seats 6 people comfortably. There is a microwave of course, an electric kettle, and a Cuisinart coffee maker. We provide Folger's dark roast type coffee with filters, non-dairy creamer and sweatners. There is a coffee grinder there if you want to bring your own beans.  
Settle into the living room to enjoy a movie on the 75 in SMART TV. There is also a 45 inch TV in the king bedroom and a 50 inch TV in the queen bedroom. There is a comfortable and large sectional couch and a reading chair in the living room. Both of them are awesome choices for grabbing a good book, a throw and a pillow or two to enjoy some well deserved me time.   
Separating the two bedrooms is a laundry closet and a full bath. The laundry closet has a high capacity Samsung washer and dryer. Laundry detergent, bleach, stain remover and dryer sheets are provided. There is a iron and ironing board located in the king bedroom closet or right there with the washer and dryer. The full bath has a shower (with shower wand) over tub and high rise elongated toilet. There is a vanity with sink and a plate glass mirror. Kirkland brand shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided. High quality extra plush white towels are provided as well. You'll find a hair dryer in the bathroom cabinet.  
If needed, you'll find a pack & play, a high chair and a baby monitor in the king bedroom closet for your young traveler.  
Safety is important too. There is a first aid kit in the bathroom cabinet. There are hardwired smoke/CO2 detectors by the bedrooms and also in the unfinished basement. The fire extinguisher is located in the garage and there is a mini kithen type extinguisher next to the stove top. The exterior garage lights and porch lights go on at dusk automatically and stay on until dawn for your safety and comfort.  
This unit is on one side of a duplex. The entry door is on the end of the building and the common wall has really good sound insulation. The two units are separated by two 2 stall attached garages. You aree welcome to use the garage to park your vehicle. The driveway is huge. Guests with boats love it.  
The location is awesome with only a 1-2 minute drive to Interstate 43 on the east side of Green Bay. Everything is close here, so being close to the belt line is super convenient. Sturgeon Bay, the county seat of Door County is only 45 minutes away. Lambeau Field is just 14 minutes away. There are a number of nice restaurants nearby. And of course the world famous Uncle Mike's Bakery is at the end of the block just a short walk away.  
We have 6 rentals all pretty much in the row. There are two 2 bedroom units, three 3 bedroom units and one 4 bedrooms unit. There are choices. Please be sure to read our reviews.  
We really want you to enjoy your stay. We're proud of this place and we really do put forth an effort to make sure your stay is a happy one to remember. We love repeat business and the only way that's going to happen is if you love your stay today. We hope to host you during your time in Green Bay.

This was the best VRBO we have ever rented. We had plenty of room and it was so comfortable. The huge garage was fantastic since we had snow when we were there. There were plenty of pots and pans to use when cooking! And the washer/dryer sure were handy. We loved the huge tv. Thank you so much for a perfect stay!

We stayed at the property while we moved in our son to UWGB. The property was very close to campus and amenities (stores, restaurants, etc). It was very clean and as advertised. Will definitely stay at Rick's property's again (in fact we've already booked a weekend in late October to visit our son).

We came as a family (husband and I with our almost 2 year old) as I was out here for a work conference.We picked this place because we saw they had kid items and it was HUGE. Place was family friendly, and it helped to have a pack n play, high chair, utensils , etc. it made a huge difference to making the trip restful even for us parents! Definitely would give it a 5 out of 5 stars! Also, this seems small, but the host also has items which other places do not, but are just so helpful. Shampoo, detergent, dishwasher soap. It just helped having some items to do house stuff and laundry while away. So helpful and intentional!

This home is so cozy and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfy and towels were so soft. The neighborhood was very quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

You won't stay in better rentals. We have been coming back every year for the last five years and every time the place is clean and well stock. Great place!
