"Loved this hotel. Prime City Center location and only about a 12-minute drive to Temple University. Having Starbucks and Ruth’s Chris right in the hotel was a huge plus. The staff was outstanding friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful and they honored my Expedia VIP benefits, which I really appreciated. I would absolutely stay here again."

I will say that the staff is amazing, but it appeared to be shortstaffed in public restaurants and bars applying more pressure on your service team, which resulted in poor service as well as your team, losing fortuity opportunities.
