To the right of the mudroom, the kitchen and dining area is fully stocked and ready for group meals. A large island with bar seating, modern appliances, and a Smart TV make it easy to cook and gather. The adjoining living room includes a sectional, a 75-inch Roku TV, and an electric fireplace for a comfortable place to unwind. Close to restaurants - 5 minute Uber ride. Hot tub was a little hard to utilize as there is no cover lift and no where to set the large cover. Due to this we were only able to access half of the hot tub. It’s also on the front porch facing the street and that was a little odd. There were multiple dead flies on the third floor windowsill that we had to clean up prior to sleeping. We also had to vacuum up dead bugs off the floor. The large gathering room where the ping pong table is has no shades or blinds on the window so it’s a bit uncomfortable to sit in at night when you are completely visible to the outside. We had 5 cars in the driveway and told the property owner we had an abundance of vehicles. The only time we did was the morning of the wedding. The place is very close - less than 5 minutes from holiday valley. The house was very clean and had everything you might need. The place is larger than the pictures look and the furnishing are high end. We enjoyed all the storage for our equipment, the large game room, very nice kitchen and the hot tub. Great for a large group. The owner was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond with any questions. Thank you for a great stay and we will be back! Cheers. ##### Marcus M.
