It was nice, convenient, cozy, and clean. The owner was friendly but the neighbors suck. They called an complained about vehicles. (The place sleeps a lot of people. We had 5 cars in the driveway and told the property owner we had an abundance of vehicles. The only time we did was the morning of the wedding. Hot tub was a little hard to utilize as there is no cover lift and no where to set the large cover. Due to this we were only able to access half of the hot tub. It’s also on the front porch facing the street and that was a little odd. There were multiple dead flies on the third floor windowsill that we had to clean up prior to sleeping. We also had to vacuum up dead bugs off the floor. The large gathering room where the ping pong table is has no shades or blinds on the window so it’s a bit uncomfortable to sit in at night when you are completely visible to the outside. The place is very close - less than 5 minutes from holiday valley. The house was very clean and had everything you might need. The place is larger than the pictures look and the furnishing are high end. We enjoyed all the storage for our equipment, the large game room, very nice kitchen and the hot tub.
