Perfect for couples or a small family. Mountain biking, hiking, golf, tennis, and pickleball are steps from your door. ☀️ Outdoor patio with charcoal grill 🛏️ King bed with pullout couch 🔥 Gas fireplace 🛜 High speed internet 📺 Roku TV 🅿️ Free parking 🔑 Keyless check in The Space: This ground floor condo at SnowPine Village is perfect for a couple or small family looking for an Ellicottville getaway. The unit overlooks the Double Black Diamond Golf Course with access to the newly renovated tennis and pickleball courts in the development. The outdoor patio has a charcoal grill and picnic table (available in warmer months), a great spot to unwind after a day of hiking, biking, or exploring the village. The building is on a hillside, so there are stairs down from the parking lot to the building entrance and an additional set of stairs to reach the unit. The bedroom has a brand new king bed with a spacious layout. The kitchen has both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker along with all the cookware and utensils you'll need. The living area has a sofa with a full size pullout bed for extra sleeping space. The eat in kitchen table works for meals or as a workspace. Laundry is in the hallway and shared with other units in the building. When winter comes, the SnowPine Lift is right next door with ski in/ski out access directly from the patio, conditions permitting. This unit does not have air conditioning. Guest Access: You have access to the entire unit in the condo. The Neighborhood: The condo is located at SnowPine Village which surrounds the SnowPine lift at Holiday Valley. Getting Around: You can usually hail a ride share on the weekends. Other Things to Note: 🚶 Stairs to unit: There are stairs to walk down to the unit from the parking lot. ❄️ No A/C: This unit does not have air conditioning. Holiday Valley offers year-round activities, including: 🏄 Paddleboarding & kayaking at Spruce Lake: Seasonal access through the resort. 🚵 Mountain biking & adventure courses: Offered by Holiday Valley with varying seasonal availability. 🎢 Mountain coaster: Operated by the resort and subject to weather conditions. ⛳ Golf: Available at Holiday Valley during the golf season. 🏊 Tamarack pools & cabana bar: Summer only; access is not included with the stay and must be purchased directly from Holiday Valley. 🥾 Love to hike? Unfortately, we did mange to go up and down all the 30 some stairs to get to the unit. my husband is 88 years old and has trouble traversing stairs. It took him quite a long time to get up and down to "ground level"... It was very disappointing. on such short order we could not find another place to accommodate us.... The advertisement should mention that there are stairs. It's very misleading.... Other than that the place was great! The place needs a refresh, it’s pretty rundown and there’s no storage for your gear. It would be great to take out the rocking chair next to fireplace to build shelving or hooks for coats, helmets, etc. The place was well heated but have to keep everything away from walls or it melts on baseboards. Probably much better for 2 people (we had 2 children with us) as the pull out couch is dated and not comfortable. Had a technical issue with the fireplace not working and the couch cushions/ springs are showing their age, but good stay overall.
