hotel propre bien situé sauf mauvais co-ordonnés via le GPS= hotel n'est pas à l'endroit que le GPS nous a amenés. receptionniste non avenable lorsqu'on lui a demander de l'aide pour deux problêmes mineurs

The check in process was terrible. The gentleman was not friendly at all. I was paying for all 4 of our rooms and he said I could not check anyone in. He had to see my husband and all 3 of my kids. I understand he had to see their license but it was the why he did it. He said I couldn’t do anything he could only deal with my husband and he was very rude about it. Then once everyone was checked in, we were all on different floors. I had called the hotel and asked for us to be all on the same floor. It was a family vacation with little kids and it would be much easier for us to be on the same floor. He said he could do nothing for us. We ended up being on 3 different floors. He was very rude the whole time. I wish I would have gotten his name but I was so upset with him I forgot. Luckily the checkout person was very accommodating.
