"Good location close to the Minster. Room was on the main road side of the building, but we'll sound proofed. Some noise from the bar, but this is expected in a pub. Problem with loss of hot water pressure on the final morning was irritating, but these things happen. Clean and comfortable. We did not have breakfast so cannot comment on the food. "

"From the moment we arrived for a two night stay we were made most welcome by our hosts. The rooms are clean and tidy, ample parking, breakfast excellent. "Unique little hotel above a popular pub. Not noisy though. Our room was incredibly small. Really cute but the smallest lodging I have ever stayed in. Be sure to tell them if you are large people. That could have been an issue. The hotel is clean and has great staff. "

"It's a lovely place, nice room, basic and small but served our purpose. Very firm matrases, closer to hard. Good English breakfast but not much else. There were 2 issues only. One is that in a twin room you can't really use a wardrobe, it's very tight spacing and it just doesn't open as the bed is next to it (you can't move the bed either, no space). And at 7.00 fire alarm went off in our room. That seriously disrupted my sleep and turned out to be something in the kitchen. No one even went down...

"The host was fantastic and helped me plan an easy walk to a great pub for dinner and a Spectacular trip to Bradford on Avon and Castle Combs. This historic property was fully booked, and I never saw or heard another guest. It was so quiet and pleasant."

"Great location just down the street from Tower bridge. Picked this hotel because it was a large room and there was washer/dryer in the room. Our first night we noticed the a/c wasn’t working and we complained. They weren’t able to fix it so moved us to another room. Zak was most helpful and apologetic. "Getting around was very easy. Train station two minutes away. Grocery stores and restaurants right there. We loved having the kitchen so we could make a quick breakfast or lunch some days."
