VRBO told me that I had called in time to receive a full refund. They have since emailed me and said that since there was no proof that i had called to cancel, I would not get a refund. "We fell in love with this home during our stay for the NASB Archery National Tournament. It is very convenient to ANYTHING you may need. The owner, Jason, responded to any questions I had and even had a "book" on the counter that explained everything about the home as well as local attractions and fun things to do. "We’ve stayed there before. It’s a nice, quaint place. The room was perfect for us! The only thing that was an issue was the slow water pressure in shower head. It took us twice as long to shower because of the low water pressure in the newly installed water saver shower heads. 2 nights we did bathed like that. I told the front desk about it and she said that all the shower heads got changed and that’s to be expected. Couldn’t do anything about it. It wasn’t until someone from the hotel...

"For the price, this was an amazing stay for my 6-person family! We booked the 2-room suite with the kitchenette. Making our food in-room (and burgers on the patio grill) saved us so much money! The pool, mini-golf, and proximity to downtown are great. There were some broken things (blinds, door stopper, burner on stove), and the parking garage didn't fit our Suburban with bike rack on back, so that was a pain, but staff was nice to help with that."
