"When was nice in the sunset tower which here’s never than the rest of the buildings. The shower, however, had some inconsistent water pressure and I had to adjust the showerhead to get it flowing. TV streaming had some glitches but room was nice. Decent size with two queens updated bathroom however no bathtub. Outdoor pool was great though windy and cool while we were there. Surprised there was no hot tub as some sites appear to claim there was a hot tub, but there was not. Easy access to the Caesars Tahoe amphitheater within a short walk. Front desk had heavy accent so difficult to understand. I called guest services from my room phone, but it did not call the front desk. Get called a third-party booking service who could write a ticket for service but could not help me get service quickly."
