« Notre deuxième séjour à Church Farm Lodge et c'est toujours au top ! Les chambres sont décorées avec goût, et très confortables (notamment les lits). L'accueil est très sympathique et on sent que les propriétaires font beaucoup d'efforts pour rendre l'expérience agréable. Le petit-déjeuner est très bon... et c'est sympa de pouvoir commander des plats aux œufs de son choix. Cette fois, nous avons dîné au pub à côté — The Tollemache Arms, et la qualité de la nourriture était vraiment très bonne. »

« Check in was the worst customer experience I have seen in many years. I arrived in front of the welcome desk, the lady was busy on her computer, she did not greet me, kept eyes on her screen for a few minutes. Another customer was waiting with me being totally ignored too and not being greeted too. Then the front desk lady looked at me and only asked “what’s the name ?” No “hello” no “sorry for the wait” no “how was your day today” only “what’s the name !” Clearly this person has not been...

"Le séjour s’est globalement bien passé, mais avec quelques points à améliorer. La chambre n’était pas à la hauteur des attentes : plusieurs taches sur la moquette, une moquette usée et un trou dans le voilage de la fenêtre, ce qui donne une impression de manque d’entretien. En revanche, le personnel du service restauration et de nettoyage a été très agréable et professionnel, ce qui est appréciable. Point négatif concernant l’accueil : le personnel n’est pas très avenant et ne fait pas d’efforts pour parler français, ce qui peut compliquer la communication et donner une première impression peu chaleureuse. "
